Ingredients & Method for Mango Lassi Recipe
Ingredients:
1. Mangoes – 2 (cubed)
2. Yogurt – 1 bowl
3 Honey – 2 tsp
4. Ice Cubes
5. Almonds, cashews for garnish
Method:
A mango lassi is basically a yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie.
1. You can use either canned mango pulp or cubed fresh or frozen mango. If you use fresh, you’ll want to use a ripe, sweet mango.
2. Cut the juicy cubes off the mangoes.
3. Place the mango cubes into a blender.
4. Add yogurt, ice cubes and honey.
5. Blend well until it becomes a smooth drink.
6. Garnish with sliced almonds and cashews.
Your Mango Lassi, Mango Yogurt Drink is ready.
Ideas to enjoy your mango lassi
1. You can also use almond milk yogurt to make it a vegan drink.
2. Adjust the consistency of the drink to your taste by adding in water or blending in some ice cubes.
