Lahori Chargha is the ultimate desi chicken dish. Its spicy, tasteful and looks impressive on your table. Its a perfect meal for get together and a great alternative to turkey if you’re celebrating Christmas in Europe or America. The ingredients and the method is so simple that I really don’t mind making it at home, because it tastes completely professional and authentic. Lahori Chargha beats any other sub continental dish any day hands down.

If I say that Lahori chargha chicken has already become a most typical traditional food of the walled city of Lahore, I am assure I wont be wrong. The deep marination, the charred taste, the chat masala, topped with lemon and eaten with fresh naans, I tell you nothing can beat it! 🙂
