Chicken Marination:
We start with the chicken marination. This dish requires only short marination of 3-4 hrs.

Ingredients:
Chicken boneless – 500 grams
White Vinegar – 1 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Salt (Namak) – 1/2 tsp
Black Pepper (Kali Mirch) – 1/2 tsp
White Pepper (Safaid Mirch) – 1/4 tsp
Red Chili Powder (Lal Mirch) – 1/2 tsp
Paprika Powder (Kashmiri Lal Mirch) – 1/2 tsp
Garlic Powder (Lahsan Powder) – 1/2 tsp
Onion Powder (Piyaz Powder) – 1/2 tsp
Milk (Doodh) – 1 tbsp
Egg (Anda) – 1

Method: (names of all spices are written above)
1. Take small pieces of boneless chicken in a mixing bowl.
2. Then, add all spices mentioned above.
3. Now add milk.
4. Mix all the ingredients well. Cover the bowl and leave it for 4 hrs.
5. After 4 hrs, before frying add one beaten egg to the mix

1. Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
2. Mix well till homogeneous.

1. One by one coat all chicken pieces thoroughly.
2. Press the pieces to ensure coating is well applied.
3. Slightly dust off the extra coating (to ensure curves are clearly visible) before putting in the frying pan.
4. Deep fry on medium fire.
5. Take out of the pan when turn light brown.

7. Serve with fries, cold drink and some sauces of your choice.
