Ingredients & Method for Italian Pistachio Gelato Recipe
Ingredients
1. Cream – 2 cups
2. Condensed Milk – 1 cup
3. Salt (Namak) – A pinch
4. Pistachio (Pista) – 1 cup (for paste)
5. Pistachio (Pista) – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Method
1. First we will make fluffy whipped cream, for this take a chilled bowl and add chilled cream to it.
2. Now whip the cream using an electric beater or a hand beater. It takes about 5 minutes with hand beater.
2. Do not over beat your cream, it’ll turn into butter. Once it’s stiff peak, set aside as shown below
3. Now lets make pistachio paste. For this take a jug and add pistachio.
4. Now add condensed milk and a pinch of salt to the jug.Using hand blender make this mixture into a thick paste
5. Now first add half of the paste to the whipped cream, fold it and then add the remaining half.
6. After mixing, add the chopped pistachios.
7. Mix it well to make a homogenous paste.
8. Then add the the ready mixture to an airtight container. It is very important to make it air tight before placing it in the freezer.

10. And then cover the lid, ensuring it remains air tight.
11. Put it in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Do not keep it in the freezer for too long as it will make it very hard, and will be easy to make scoops.
12. After 6 hours, take the container out of the freezer. Your yummy creamy italian pistachio gelato is ready to rock! Take scoops after scoops and enjoy it with your loved one.
